We have an all sales are final policy. We are unable to issue returns and/or refunds on items due to size errors or monogram order errors made by the customer when placing the order. If your order has arrived with a legitimate defect, please send us an email so we can replace, exchange or refund the item.

If your order has arrived defective, please send us an email so we can exchange the item for a replacement item.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost in transit by the postal service. We ship orders to the address that was provided to us by the customer. We do not keep credit card information on file.

Due to the high demand for our items and made-to-order (personalized) nature of our fabulous selection we MUST charge your credit card at the time of purchase. This holds your item for you so it can personalized just for you!!!.

Please remember that All Sales are Final and changes to addresses, sizes, monograms, etc. are cannot be changed after the fact. We also cannot apply coupon codes/discounts after an order is placed.
